These terms apply to the public Cyber FTTH Mart website. Project supply, installation, maintenance and support are governed by the quotation, scope of work and other written terms agreed for that project.

Website information and technical guidance

The website describes fiber infrastructure, CCTV, access control, networking, product supply and maintenance services. Articles, illustrations, planning tools and indicative calculations are for general information. They do not replace a site survey, manufacturer instructions, engineering design or project-specific testing.

Confirm product compatibility, specifications, permissions, safety requirements and quantities before procurement or installation. Availability and the final scope need to be confirmed with the team.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

Using the enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. An enquiry, calculator result or website page does not place an order or confirm a price. A project commitment requires an agreed written quotation or contract.

Scope, BOQ, price, taxes, delivery, payment terms, installation responsibilities, acceptance criteria, maintenance coverage and warranty terms must be confirmed for each engagement. Do not assume a particular manufacturer's warranty or a service commitment unless it is stated in the agreed documents.

Responsible use

Provide accurate contact and project details so we can respond. Share only information you are authorised to provide. Do not use the website or contact channels to send spam, malicious files, misleading requests or unlawful content, or to interfere with the website's operation.

We do not ask you to enter account passwords or payment-card details into the public enquiry form. Discuss a suitable method with our team before sharing security-sensitive information.

Content, images and external links

Cyber FTTH Mart's website content and branding may not be reproduced in a way that misrepresents the business or its work. Manufacturer names, logos and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. Image captions and credits identify illustrative material and external sources where applicable. A brand reference does not itself establish certification or an exclusive partnership.
